I am so proud that you tell yourself not to purge. This is the best way to deter yourself. If the feeling persists, try to go for a walk, call a friend, watch a movie, draw, etc! Distracting yourself is the best way to stop a purge. And some people can start like this but everyone’s experience is unique to their own situation.
