As a therapist, I am definitely feeling/hearing the collective disorientation and concern as the world as we know it shifts on a minute to minute basis.
I start every one of my individual therapy sessions with guided imagery/guided meditation and my clients this past week have been appreciating this particular brief meditation as it applies to calming coronavirus anxiety and so I decided to record it so I could share it more widely.
