Eggs and creamy Swiss chard are a tasty and healthy choice for breakfast or brunch. Soft Swiss chard, creamy eggs, and melted Swiss cheese make a dish that is both tasty and filling.

Ingredients: 4 large eggs. 1 bunch Swiss chard, washed and chopped. ½ cup heavy cream. ½ cup grated Swiss cheese. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and saut until wilted and tender, about 5 minutes. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, grated Swiss cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the sauted Swiss chard in the skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until the eggs are creamy and slightly set, about 5-7 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with additional grated Swiss cheese if desired.
