I tend to see the big picture, get discouraged and tend to give up.” Diet culture teaches us to expect an unrealistic model of perfect, or all or nothing progress (complete with dramatic before and after pictures). How do you stay motivated with some progress, or with inconsistent progress, or when you have a few bad days?
